My Experience

Nature Bound Super Strength Garcinia Cambogia  is an herbal supplement designed to aid your body in:

• inhibiting fat production*
• supporting appetite control*
• boosting seratonin levels*
• improving cholesterol*

It has up to 95% HCA(Hydroxycitric Acid) which research has suggested has a variety of benefits for the body. So let's break it down.

What does it contain?

There are two active ingredients in Nature Bound Super Strength Garcinia Cambogia, Chromium(picolinate) and Garcinia Cambogia. As usual I had to research both of those.....here's what I found.

Chromium(picolinate)<sub>1 is an essential trace element(trace as only very small amounts are needed) that is needed for body health. It is safe for human consumption and normally found in foods and supplements. It can be used for weight loss, managing or improving blood sugar levels, depression, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome(PCOS), lowering bad and raising good cholesterol(for those on heart medications) and more. Garcinia Cambogia1 a tree that grows in India and Southeast Asia bears a fruit, the rind of the fruit is said to bear HCA(Hydroxycitric Acid). Research hints that it might prevent fat storage, control appetite and increase endurance while exercising. It is normally taken for weight loss and exercise performance, joint pain and more. Alongside the actives are also some inactives such as gelatin for the capsules and other additives as anti-caking and preservative purposes.</sub> 

_{Look, Taste and Feel}

_{The Garcinia Cambogia capsules are not big at all, as you can see in the picture. It is hard to describe the smell as they are not odorless, nor are they so pungent you can smell them upon opening the bottle. A very mild scent, a woodsy scent. They are easy to swallow but take them with plenty of water or you may suffer a not so pleasant aftertaste in your throat, I discovered that when I just took a small sip to wash it down versus when I take it with a full glass of water.} 

_{How do you take it?}

_{There are two ways that the Nature Bound Super Strength Garcinia Cambogia can be taken.} 

_{Standard dosing : 1 capsule three times daily with water, 20-60 minutes before a meal}

_{Weight management dosing : 1 capsule 4 times daily with water 20-60 minutes before a meal}

_{How do they work?}

_{Ok, so I've been taking these for a couple of weeks now and I can say I have noticed a change in my appetite. I am not eating such large portions, it does curb those urges to snack while making dinner for the family, not completely but enough to be noticed.} 

_{I have also noticed a slight pick up in my general attitude and demeanor. I am not as on edge when stress kicks in. It does promote a sense of calm.} 

_{I have not seen a difference in my fat production, I do believe that I would have to use Garcinia Cabogia for a longer term to achieve the benefits I would be aiming for with this.} 

_{I also feel that this Garcinia Cambogia should be coupled with some sort of exercise routine, whether it be walking, jogging, bicycling, etc. Like with any diet pill or weight management supplement you cannot rely on the supplement alone, it should be paired with an exercise routine that is right for you and your personal goals.}
